I don't know how to answer this one.  My early 20s were great - girls, adventure working in Alaska, doing EMS work, meeting my wife.  My later 20s kinda sucked - miserable job, not making any money, not sure where my life was going.  Then came my early 30s - great job, lots of money, got married, bought stuff, stumbled into some grouse, did a lot of hunting and now my late 30s - family is great, hunting, great friends through UJ  but the job/career/money thing is falling down again.

Oh well.  I guess you just have to take the good with the bad and focus on all the postives.   Being an optimist who believes in Murphy's Law I think I'm on track.

Boy, this Topic has legs.

Birth to 10 years old-Good childhood, no complaints.

11 years old to 20 -Started out great, ended bad with parents separation/divorce.

21 years old to 30-Started out bad but got much better with college, marriage, independence, moving to Maine.

31 years old to 40-The glory years-young kids, take on the world optimism, healthy as a horse-hunted dawn to dusk.

41 years old to 50-Aaaaahhhhhhh-adjustment time-not to be a whiner-but eyesight going south, kids getting older-general malaise compared to earlier years. But starting and running Upland Journal has been a hoot

Looking forward to the next phase with both kids off on their own, time to travel more, maybe move to another house/location.
