Good article in the latest DGJ.  Only handled one Guerini at Cabelas, a 12 that felt very, very nice. Tiempo Light I believe.  I didn't know this company is only 12 years old, impressive.  Any Guerini fans/shooters here?  Anyone bringing one to Lehigh Valley next week?  They have my interest as a good looking, fair priced gun.

LHVSC is a distributor of CG.  I think you can rent them for a test drive.  Call ahead.

Brushbuster I think has a CG.

I have 3; two Summit Sporting for clays one 12 and one 20 both w/32" barrels, and my upland 20ga Maxum field, 28" barrels. I've been selling off most of my other shotguns. You'll love Italian guns and the CG's are a good buy for the money.

Just bought a Summit Sporting 12 gauge with 32 inch barrels. Pick it up at the end of the week.

Looking forward to a long relationship.

I really like Guerinis. They are well made, have really good US based support, good pointability.

I'm really a Perazzi guy; I shoot clay games and all upland birds with my 20 gauge. But Guerinis are probably the best of the other Italian guns.

Have to say I really don't like that funky engraving on the Evo. But that is just me.

I'm not a round body action guy myself.  Then again I haven't shot enough good guns to form a great opinion.  All I know is there have been a few guns I've handled over the years that have "wowed" me.  The CG I handled didn't WOW me, it just struck me as a really nice gun and much, much lighter than it's 12g frame would suggest.  Better in person than in photos.  I did handle a Woodlander some while ago in 20 and was also impressed by the balance and feel for the price.

As Polecat stated, I do have a CG Magnus Light in 12 gauge with a LH stock that I am quite fond of.

I have to say they seem to have jumped a bit in price since I picked mine up so you may also want to take a look at the Beretta Ultra-light as well. I have one and like it just as much as my CG and cost quite a bit less than the CG.

I'm not sure if I can make the LVSC shoot as my scouts are receiving their Webelos badge at Blue and Gold that day then I'm off to Princeton for a few days of training.

Brushbuster, nice gun.  That's the model that caught my eye.  It is prettier than the Beretta IMHO.  Thanks for sharing!
