Does anyone know if they make tubes to convert a shotgun to a centerfire? I'm wondering if I could adapt my .410 side by side to shoot something like .223? It would be fun to use turkey sites and use it like a double rifle.
I'm at work so the security software wont let me search any sites taged with "weapons" so I can't find out for myself right now.

Even if you could get "inserts", which I doubt, and even if those inserts could handle the pressure of centerfire, which I really doubt, you would still have a barrel regulation issue that could not be overcome.
Sights? Sighting system?
Its fun to fantasize though.

The make 410 slugs that would give you that "Death in the Long Grass" feeling.

I remember seeing inserts that would allow you to shoot a 22lr in a 45lc. The insert had about 3/4" of rifling. Accuracy probably poor. Just get slugs like trust me suggested.

I just used my phone to search and found a couple of companies that make rifled tube inserts. The problem is ejection, you have to tap the shell out with a rod. At least for the .22 and .22 mag.
Anyone have an idea of what it would cost to put choke tubes in a .410? Then maybe I could get a rifled choke tube to try and get some accuracy out the the .410 slugs. (they don't group well now). My Browing 12 ga pump with a rifled choke is very accurate with Breneke KO slugs.
