American made, 16ga, 30" barrels, sidelock. Should be in by the end of the week. It will need a bit of bending up but oh well....

Is it an AJ Aubrey made by Merdian?

Lefevers aren't sidelocks. They are a sideplated boxlock.

My brother-in-law has a AJ Aubrey 12 gauge with 30" barrels he inherited from his grandfather. His is in great shape.

I think this one has 2 3/4 chambers but I will check it when it gets here.
These are really great guns... and I should say, built on a scaled 16 ga frame..... a bit of an LC clone if you will...

I am really looking forward to "playing" with this gun. The 30" barrels should make it interesting. It certainly has a bit more weight than my 5.5lb Sauer but I think that will be good.
It is stocked in somewhat old dimensions with a good bit of drop but I think it can be bent up enough to fix it.
I am actually considering very strongly a complete restock on this gun. Taking it to a straight stock and "correcting" drop etc. The gun is going to weigh close to 7lbs as is.

Sounds great, I have one 16 SxS with 30" barrels and it is a Western Arms Long Range by Ithaca. Mine's choked F&F and great duck gun with bismuth and Kent Matrix. Am sure you will have many days enjoyment with it, sure would like to find one like yours.
